About The Author

After publishing her first nonfiction title, Once I Was Lost, with a traditional publisher in 2006, author Lynda D. Brown decided to create her own independent publishing company and Spoken Word Press was born. In May 2010, Lynda published her first novel, Invisible Enemies, a supernatural thriller with a biblical message. While writing book one, her characters began to take on a life of their own, and Lynda decided to create a series based on the characters in the original book. How to Promote Your Book on a Shoestring Budget

Writing your book is the easy part, promoting your book is the hard part…this is the introduction that I use for my Author Chat podcast, where I promote fellow authors.

Many authors, after finally publishing their books are at a loss when it comes to marketing and promoting their books.

When I published my Christian Fiction supernatural thriller book, Invisible Enemies in 2010, I joined several online writers groups, and in each one several authors would ask for advice about low cost ways for them to get the word out about their book.

Sensing a need, I decided to start Author Chat with Lynda D. Brown, an on-line radio show on blogtalkradio.com. For a nominal fee, I would allow authors to appear on the show and promote their books.

During the process of promoting my books, I have found many online sites that will promote books for free or for a nominal fee. Below is a list of the sites where I have submitted my books for promotion and I’ve been very please with my book sales using these sites. I received this book from the touring host for an honest review.

Ten short chapters, quick to read and understand the author brings you back to the very basics of prayer and what it means to intercede for those you love. 

One prayer taken apart and dissect with the Bible as a guide. Revealing God's love, protection, healing and abundance in your life. The word as a measuring staff to bring God's angels to protect you from the evil.

And at last you are left with a challenge, to press in and see the results of your prayer manifesting into your life and those you have interceded for. 

Great for a bible study or someone that does not know how to pray or where to start.

Simplicity at its best.
