I received the book from the author for an honest review.
Two people meet quite unexpectantly on the Colombia campus. That meeting altered both their lives as they learn to know each other intimately. They combusted every time; their lustful moments taking them over the edge as they get to know each other in every way possible.
Brendon Redgrave, multi-millionaire, playboy, bad boy, and hopeless romantic was the most caring man I have come across in my reading experiences. He was attentive, dominant, very strong and confident that would melt every woman's knees in a instant. And his looks, oh my word...gorgeous if I must believe the author *smile*.
At times maybe to perfect but yet when you met his mother you realize underneath all that sexiness he was a regular guy that loves intensely, with a pure heart that wants to chase away all the evil of the world from those he loves.
Lily Pritchard, suffered from fear and guilt after the death of her father. Because of this she struggled to let this man in but his persistence and gifts broke the walls she had build around her, trying to keep him out. But he continued to sweep her from her feet and in the process win her heart.
An extremely passionate novel, fast paced and set in New York, the city that never sleeps. Making a trip to London where we explored the many tourist attraction of this British city. Allowing you a blissful time as you indulge in the pages of this steamy and at times suspense filled pages. When her father's killer escaped from prison and abducted her she had to once again find the strength to face him, even to surrender to his brutal torture. Her hope unwavering on the one man she hoped to see one last time.
The reason why I didn't give the book 5 stars, because there were a few spelling mistakes throughout the book which some readers might find distracting.
Other than that it was a great read, well delivered plot with enough hotness to keep the breathing uneven for a few pages at a time. All done with class as they explored their passionate side together.
As usual, I am so caught up in my own head that I’m not really
paying attention to my surroundings. I
am so oblivious, I don’t even know what hits me. I find myself falling to the
ground, my books and bag in the air, my coffee colliding with and slowly sinking
into the grass. My only thought is that I am about to smack my head of
the ground and do myself some major damage, which I am not looking forward
to. I only realize when the pain doesn’t come, that I am being held just
shy of the ground by a very strong, warm, and hard, pair of arms.
Eva Simone is a stay at home mother of two,
wife to a wonderful hubby, and certified book addict! She studied English at university, gaining an
honours degree in literature and linguistics.
After straying so far from her education
Eva was sucked back in to the world of reading by the illustrious FSOG. Two years later, and at least 200 books
later, with a story on the back burner she decided it was time to put her
education to good use and write her first novel.
Eva is hoping that everyone will enjoy
reading Brandon and Lily’s journey as much as she has enjoyed writing it. There are currently plans for two further
books in this series.
